Declaration of Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2026

We are pleased to announce that following Board meeting to review and approve the H1 results, the Board of Directors of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc have approved a dividend of Maldivian Rufiyaa 1.66 per ordinary share amounting to a total dividend of MVR 126,160,000.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa One Hundred and Twenty-Six Million and One Hundred and Sixty Thousand) to be declared and paid out as Interim Dividend for the financial year 2026. This Interim Dividend shall be payable to all shareholders listed on the company’s register as at 4:00 pm on 06 August 2026 (Book Closure date).
