Reconstitution of the Remuneration, Nomination and Governance (RNG) Committee

Please be informed that, following the election of Asiath Rilweena as the Public Director of the Board of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc ("Dhiraagu"), the Board has approved the reconstitution of the Remuneration, Nomination and Governance (RNG) Committee to satisfy quorum requirements and ensure continued compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and the Committee's Terms of Reference. As part of the reconstitution, Asiath Rilweena and Faisal Al Jalahma have been appointed as Members of the Committee.
