Shareholder Notice: Tax Residency Status Update

Further to the announcement made on 23 July 2026 regarding the Declaration of Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2026, Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc ("Dhiraagu") requests all shareholders to review and update their tax residency status. The Interim Dividend will be payable to all shareholders in the Company's share register as at 4:00 pm on 06 August 2026 (Book Closure Date).
