Name Change of External Auditors of the Company and Affiliation with Deloitte Group;

At the Annual General Meeting of 2022, PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Maldives) (“PWC”) was appointed as the External Auditors for the Company for the fiscal year 2023. Subsequently, PWC communicated changing the name of the Firm, disclosing its affiliation with Deloitte Group. Therefore, the PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Maldives) is now identified as “Deloitte Partners”.
