Dhiraagu’s Annual Report has been prepared in accordance with the Companies Act of the Republic of Maldives (07/24), the listing rules of the Maldives Stock Exchange, the Securities Act of the Republic of Maldives (2/2006), the Continuing Disclosure Obligations of Issuers regulation (2019/R-1050), and the Corporate Governance Code of the Capital Market Development Authority requirements. Dhiraagu’s financial statements are prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Any reference to a year, unless otherwise indicated, refers to the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
