Full Year Dividend for 2024

We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc has resolved to propose a full year dividend of MVR 8.70 per share for the 2024 financial year, which represents an increase of MVR 1.20 (16.0%) compared to 2023. The full year dividend for 2024 amounts to a total payout of MVR 661,200,000 (six hundred and sixty-one million, two hundred thousand), and will be presented for approval at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company
